Estimates
Estimates are free and carry no obligation. An estimate covers the work discussed. If the condition of the aircraft or vehicle turns out to be different once work starts, you hear about it and agree the change before anything else gets done.
Scheduling
Work is scheduled around your flight or driving schedule. Overnight and after hours work is normal and carries no premium for the timing. Hours are 24 hours Monday through Saturday, and closed Sunday.
Deposits
A deposit confirms a booking and holds the date. It is applied to the final price rather than charged on top. The deposit amount is given on the estimate call and can be paid by Venmo or Zelle. See the deposits and payment page.
Payment
Cash, Venmo, Zelle, Card (Square, coming soon). The balance is due on completion, before the work is packed up, once you or your crew have looked it over. It is not invoiced afterward.
If something is not right
Say so before Joel leaves. He does not pack up until you or your crew have looked the work over, and if something needs another pass it gets another pass.
